What a great video! Interesting that I find it 3 weeks shy of the 20th anniversary of his death, wouldn't call it an 'accident' though. Also find interesting to see the names from my swimming past or from Montreal that are involved: Steve Hulford's post and Brian Hasegawa's video (say hello to your brother for me, been a very long time). An amazing tribute to a Great Canadian Hero. Curious, Brian, did you time his touching the wall at the Worlds to coincide with 2:15 into this video?

They did a really nice job, huh? Such a blast from the past. I remember sitting in the Cafe watching that race, with my heart in my throat the entire time. Not sure I've ever screamed that loud before or since.
